Having everyday personal care items on hand gives people in need a sense of agency and independence.
That’s why Wolf Paving was grateful for the opportunity to help pack backpacks with toiletries as a recent volunteer project for United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. Members of our team packed 100 bags with items including toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, lotion, tissues, wipes and more.
The packed bags went to Eras Senior Network, which engages and supports seniors, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in leading meaningful lives; and La Casa de Esperanza, which helps educate and empower people, with an emphasis on the Hispanic community.
